KLOW
BlendHealing & recoverySkin & anti-agingAnti-inflammatory & immuneAlso known as: KLOW blend, KPV + GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 blend
A four peptide blend that adds KPV to the GLOW mix of BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu.
2.What it is / mechanism
KLOW builds on the GLOW blend by adding KPV, a small peptide studied for calming inflammation. So one injection pairs tissue repair (BPC-157 and TB-500), skin and collagen support (GHK-Cu), and inflammation control (KPV). Like GLOW, the blend itself has not been tested in trials, and it looks blue when mixed because it contains GHK-Cu.
3.What the evidence supports
- No / insufficient dataThe four peptide blend has been tested in a human trial.
There is no trial of the KLOW mix. Evidence exists only for the separate peptides.
- Animal data onlyIts parts support repair, skin, and lower inflammation.
The individual peptides are studied mostly in animals, with limited human data.
4.Dosing
| Route(s) | subcutaneous |
|---|---|
| Typical range | Depends on the mg of each peptide in your vial. A common KLOW vial holds GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg, and KPV 10 mg. |
| Frequency | Often once daily |
| Cycle guidance | Commonly run for a few weeks. |
| Notes | Because it is a blend, one injection gives all four peptides in a fixed ratio that you cannot adjust. Check the label for the mg of each, then use the calculator. See the component plot below to compare how fast each part reaches . |
Component saturation
One injection of KLOW delivers every peptide at once, but each clears at its own rate. This shows how quickly each component reaches its steady-state plateau.
Component saturation
Levels are shown as multiples of a single dose. Right after an injection you have about one dose in your blood; a short half life clears most of it within hours, so it does not stack up between injections. Widen the window to confirm it stays flat. Half lives are rough teaching estimates, not exact values.
5.Reconstitution
| Diluent | Bacteriostatic water for multi dose vials, or sterile water for single use |
|---|---|
| Concentration | Reconstitute based on the total mg printed on the label. Because GHK-Cu is included, the mixed solution will look blue. |
| Notes | Sold as a lyophilized blend. A typical KLOW vial lists GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV separately, often around 80 mg total. |
6.Storage & stability
Lyophilized (dry)
| Temp | Freeze for long term storage, or 2 to 8 short term |
|---|---|
| Shelf life | Many months when frozen |
| Notes | Keep dry and out of light until you mix it. |
Reconstituted
| Temp | 2 to 8 (refrigerated) |
|---|---|
| Shelf life | About 4 weeks |
| Notes | Do not freeze after mixing. A blue color is normal. Discard if it turns brown or cloudy. |
7.Reported side effects
- WarningThe combined risks of all four peptides at onceYou take on the side effects of BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV together, in a ratio you cannot change.
- CautionInjection site reactions(common)
- CautionNausea, headache, or skin flushing(uncommon)
8.Interactions & stacking risks
- SeriousCopper lowering drugs (penicillamine, trientine, zinc)
The GHK-Cu part adds copper, which works against these treatments.
- SeriousActive cancer or a known tumor
BPC-157 and TB-500 promote new blood vessel growth, which could in theory feed a tumor.
9.Contraindications / who should avoid
- SeriousWilson's disease or other copper overload conditions
The GHK-Cu part adds copper the body cannot clear safely.
- SeriousActive or recent cancer
The repair peptides encourage new blood vessel growth.
- SeriousPregnancy or breastfeeding
No safety data for any of the parts.
10.COA & purity notes
| Common adulterants | unclear or missing mg for each peptide, missing the copper, so the solution is clear instead of blue, underdosed material |
|---|---|
| Mislabeling | A good blend lists the mg of all four peptides and comes with a COA. Because it contains GHK-Cu, the mixed solution should be blue. |
| Notes | Unregulated research material sold as a fixed blend. |
