Evidence grades

• Strong human data

  Randomized or well-powered human trials.

• Limited human data

  Small, early, or uncontrolled human studies.

• Animal data only

  Preclinical evidence not yet shown in humans.

• Anecdotal only

  Community reports without formal study.
